Our team is made up of highly experienced advisors, professionals and nurses who have either owned and managed an assisted living or worked as social workers or discharge planners. We are sensitive to your needs and passionate about finding you a safe and loving community. We listen, advocate and work for you.
Our Services
Our Advisors offer services to assist you or your loved one in order to be able to stay at your home, if you choose to. We help find an independent, assisted living or memory care community for you based on level of care, budget and location preferences. We will also assist in applying for VA or Medicaid benefits available to you.

It is such a blessing to be able to do what I love to do. I will always be in the service of our seniors and elderly. My very first job was as a Registered Nurse in a long term care facility in the Bronx. I moved down to Florida where I owned and operated 2 assisted living facilities for 18 years.
And now with Elder Compass, I am very excited to reach more seniors and their families , share my expertise in elder care and help in keeping their lives happy.
